38 norton antivirus not running
I removed the virus, restarted my pc (not rebooted) and PowerErased anything that might of still been there with the software and it says that I’m safe and there’s nothing else to remove, could the RedLine Stealer gotten past Norton and stole my information, how does it work? should I make any more steps to make sure I’m safe? Edit: Also I use FireFox for my Password Manager Norton had informed me my credit card on file didnt go through on renew date. They were correct as I had got a new card. I hadnt updated it yet. The next day they took the money out of my NEW credit card which I never gave them the information on. They stole my credit card information without my authorization or knowledge. I thought Norton was in the buisness if protecting
